Most of the trees are not doing too well: the leaves are yellowish and are falling off. A few green giants died. When I stopped by and told the manager about the problem - he promised to take a look the next morning and to give me a call. He never did. Since then i left a few phone messages and came over to talk a few times. But it seems the manager is hiding from me. The staff keeps taking my phone number...

THEY'VE BEEN FINE. THEY GENERALLY COME WHEN WE ASK ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO CALL TWICE. GENERALLY THEY JUST SEND ME SOMETHING IN THE MAIL, AND THEY JUST DO SOMETHING ANNUALLY. WE DON'T HAVE A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF CONTACT WITH THEM.
