replaced black pipe elbow and changed copper pipe. great experience. technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

They were very professional. They certainly knew what they were doing. They were very polite. I can't think of anything they could have done differently or better. I don't know about the price, because I really don't have any basis for comparison. I would use them again in the future.

They are the plumbing company associated with my heating company. I spent about $400 on the job. They were good. I had to call them back several times. They came back until the job was done, but they didn’t charge me extra for coming out. They replaced a circulator pump on my hot water baseboard heating system. They also installed several valves on the system. I will not use them again in the future

In regards to the heating, they didn't know what they were doing. I was working on a home renovation and they had to come and move the radiators so that we could paint behind them. I asked them to put the radiators on the cart and roll it up the driveway. Instead, they hauled 2 double radiators up the narrow basement steps, it took them 3 hours. They charged me per hour, even though I told them of an easier way. They screwed the new radiators in, and my heating wouldn't work. Bryn Mawr inspected the system and they said that was an enormous amount of work that needed to be done. Somebody came to check for gas leaks and looked at my radiators and noticed that when they had moved the radiator they hadn't put the shims back under the radiator so that i was properly tilted. They were very dishonest and I would not work with them in the future under any circumstances.

Initially it was hard to get them in but once in they did a good job. The plumbers are excellent and professional.

They came promptly the next day at a time that was convenient to us. They were polite and hard-working, but unable to un-block the pipe. They said they could come back the next day (but at Saturday prices) or Monday. We chose Monday. The plumber said he would be coming back with his supervisor, but in fact just came with a different colleague with some more machinery. They couldn't unblock the drain. They asked my wife to sign a (cost) worksheet to agree to pay $600. She said it sounded too much. They said, "just sign now, you can negotiate later". She didn't think this sounded like a good idea, so they called the office and reduced the price to $300 plus tax. Frightened at how the bill was mounting with no visible effect, we then worked with a handyman to finish the job (i.e. open the ceiling, cut the pipe open, etc.).

Total Fuel and Energy Services Corporation is a very reliable heating company. They are responsive and always call before they come. We have a contract with them and pay on a yearly basis. The price is reasonable; Otherwise, I wouldn't use them. This is one company that you can count on.

I called, explained the situation, and their technician, Todd, was here the next morning. He was personable and clearly knew what he was doing. I like hearing the technical details, and he explained his observations and concerns completely and clearly. (Summary: A/C inspection looks at filters, dirt, condensate drainage, equipment condition and refrigerant level). He finished in a 1/2 hour ($70) and added 2 lb R-22 Freon ($44) plus sales tax. Todd seemed focused on optimizing service rather than profit.

Very satisfactory from response time to estimate to uncomplainingly coming back in a short time to do the extra work needed.

We are thrilled. I can see why this is the best type of air conditioning to have. Much more economical than our older system with the large ducts.

Fast, reasonable, clean, pleasant. Everyone in Winchester County should know of and use this fantastic company. They are really the best.
