Benny's Tree Service

Excellent. I now have a new tree company!

Had a bit of an emergency as a big limb was "hanging." Called my "tree company" (that I have used for many years -- you know a "name brand" that starts with an A) and they said they could come in three weeks. I was afraid it was going to fall and hurt someone so I went on Angies to find a tree guy who would be empathetic and responsive. Benny was. He called me right back from his cell, as he was on a job. Came, gave me an estimate that same day and removed the limb the following day. He is now my new Tree Guy!

It went really well. The men arrived on time and start work immediately, they were totally professional. It

 took them about one hour and a half to finish the job and cleaned up beautifully. Was totally pleased by the work.

Benny and his team were just unbelievable.  They were super fast and efficient and cleaned up everything immaculately.  Benny says people can't tell sometimes when he's been to their property because he cleans up so well and he's right.   Benny is also an incredibly forthright person, super attentive, and I trust his expertise and judgment.  You can see how he cares about his clients and wants to take care of them.  I consider myself so fortunate to have found him.

I had gotten a few estimates from bigger companies for cutting down a large oak (about 80ft) and a smaller maple (about 50 ft). I called a bunch of companies and some didn't even return my calls. I probably shouldn't have waited until after hurricane Sandy to start making calls. You live and learn
Benny returned my call within the week which was better than expected. we arranged a good time for him to come by. He came by when I wasn't home and called me with an estimate. He was very nice and we talked about other things after the interview which was more family oriented ( me being a father of 2 daughters and he having a daughter too). Afterwards I looked at their website it mentioned something about not just being a customer your family which I can see why.
He was very nice and helpful and explained that doing both trees at the same time would be most cost effective due to the crews and equipment already being there. He also explained that because of the current situation where everyone wants their trees cut down they are very busy.
A couple of days later I set up the appointment for a month later.
They showed up on time. as they were cutting the trees down one of the workers noticed I had cut logs on the side of the house and asked if I would like some and how many. I agrees as I have a fire place. He then asked how big the pieces should be. 
the job was done in 2 days and the crew left the area spotless and even mulched mu garden area, swing set and driveway (there was old woodchips already in those areas they just added to it.
Great Job by all and I would definitely recommend them for their services along with the other services they offered

It was amazing, one minute I had these three trees that were dying and a danger to my family, the next minute, you never knew that there were trees on my property.  He removed all the signs of the tree and even grinded the stump away!!  Awesome Awesome job,  Better than I ever expected!!

Removed several trees. One very big, five big and a bunch smaller trees.
Job well done. Timely carried out, no mess and very good clean up.
No nonsense approach, follows your directions and is flexible if you want to change a few things.

I don't even know if he is still in the business. I bet he is. I am pretty sure I got him off the Angie's List. He was very good, very reasonable and he was professional and his insurance checked out. He was very capable, responsive and did a clean job. I didn't ask him to clean the stump. I would use him again in the future.
