azul painting

I am very pleased with the Azul Painting. Prior to going with Azul, I had interviewed a handle of other companies to paint the inside of my colonial. While others had done a visual inspection and then quoted a opaque price, Cinthya and Minor of Azul went through room by room, inspected, measured, and suggested fixes that may be needed to freshen up the house. Shortly afterwards, Cinthya came up with a detailed and professional proposal of the work and the prices for each item, and these prices were very reasonable when compared to other painter proposals. Once we accepted, Minor and his crew started the job less than a week afterwards. The crew was super nice and punctual, and worked daily until the job was completed. They worked through the rooms on the 2nd floor, follow by the first floor, and then the basement. For each room, they prepped the room, painted, and then cleaned up afterwards. And, if last minute things came up, as they tend to, the team was very reasonable, and charge only if it is a significant departure from the proposal, as they should. If there were small issue here and there, or another item needed painting, which we had with the fireplace, the team just painted it, at no charge to us. Very good of them. What we ended up paying at the end was effectively what Cinthya had quoted on her proposal, and with no surprise charges on things that they overlooked. Always a concern with me when dealing with smaller companies, but not so with Azul. And throughout the process, Cinthya has been extraordinarily responsive, and very patient, with my many inquires, even while travelling to visit family after the job started. She has been honest and transparent with me throughout the process. Very glad to have selected Azul for the job. Would choose them again in a heart beat if I needed another paint job, and would recommend them to others. I rarely write reviews, but spending time to write this review is a testament to the good people and their good work.
