Although we had a little trouble making initial contact, once we DID make contact, everything has been great. They arrived at 8 AM, just as they said they would, and set about picking up and grinding the fallen branches. Then they set about cutting down the smaller trees that don't require the use of a crane. They cleaned up everything - the street is spotless. They will be back with the crane to cut down the larger trees.
