They came to the building and evaluated the pest problem, they explained all of the issues in full and gave me detailed explanations on how the infestation started. After one treatment the pests were gone and I could not begin to tell you how relieved I was. I will only use Arrow Environmental for all of my Pest Control issues!

These guys know their stuff! I own a few properties which were constantly being plagued by pest problems, no company I called was able to completely get rid of them (most likely so they could continue to come back and charge me for service calls). Then I was lucky enough to stumble across Arrow Environmental. I spoke to a young man named Pat and to be completely honest I bombarded him with questions during our first conversation. I was tired of poor service and wanted to make sure I had someone who would help me. I have to admit that I was impressed, he handled himself professionally and took the time to answer every question without hesitation. His knowledge of my problem is what veered me towards this company but it was his attitude and work that completely sold me. He talked to me the entire time and explained to me each step and procedure that he would take and for the first time in years I was able to enjoy a pest free home. I was so impressed by these guys that I only call Pat whenever I need an exterminator. I highly recommend Arrow Environmental for anyone who wants a final solution to pest problems.
