In every interaction we have had with Aand N, we've been more than satisfied.
Oil deliveries were made when requested. Oil deliveries were on time. When requested, the driver would call us in advance. As mentioned above, the driver used the appropriate device to insure there would be no overflow.
Repairs, when needed, were completed, and, since we had a service contract - usually no additional fees (unless certain parts not included in the contract were needed.
Mike has always made himself available to answer our questions and respond to our concerns.
I should add that I entered this review because I read the other reviews and cannot believe what I read. The rude female over the phone was likely not an Aand N employee, but rather someone from the phone service that fields calls during the off hours. No one we have ever spoken with at Aand N has ever been anything approaching rude or nasty. And, I admit, there have been times when our nearly neurotic concerns about our heating system have caused us to call them rather frequently.
Just remembered: The last service call: The repair professional not only diagnosed the problem we were having, but
listened to our concerns about our heating system and our dissatisfaction with the heat distribution in the house. The solution he devised? A new thermostat. And what a difference it had made!
In short, absolutely no complaints with Aand N.
