I cannot recommend Bill Otis more highly. My only regret is that I did not meet him earlier, so I could have used him to remodel my kitchen and other bathroom. I have had a lot of work done on my house, and Bill is by far the best builder I have worked with, and the only one I would use again, and recommend to others, for any building or remodeling job. Bill helped me figure out how to get the most out of my very small bathroom (contained in a dormer), and was incredibly patient with my desire to be involved in all decisions, and to make everything perfect--which he did. His work was always of the highest quality, and if any tiny thing was not what I wanted, he undid and redid it without hesitation or complaint. He added beautiful touches like making my window and door trim by hand, and installed the slate floor of the bathroom and shower, and the walls of ledgestone--which was incredibly time-consuming and tedious--beautifully as well. He also helped me figure out how to create the open shower I wanted, in the small space I had. He was prompt, hard working, honest, kind, and is a very talented builder. He's since helped me with all kinds of needs for my home. I call him for everything, and ask his advice for any service I need that he can't provide. On top of all this, his price was incredibly fair.
