My 2006 Subaru Baja, was stopped at a traffic light, with an older Toyota Tacoma pickup ahead. A woman in an SUV, while chatting with her mother in the passenger seat of her vehicle, rammed into the back of mine, pushing it into the rear end of the Tacoma and it's trailer hitch. Both the front and rear of the Baja were heavily damaged. After the police finished their investigation, I drove my once brand new vehicle (I'd bought it three and a half weeks earlier) to Smitty's Body Shop. Kip Ruger, the owner thoroughly examined the damage and wrote an estimate which he immediately emailed to my insurance company. The company approved the estimate, around $10,000, and Kip told me it would be ready in a weak. Five days later he called to say it was done. I paid the $1000.00 deductible and retrieved my vehicle, looking like it had just left the showroom. There was absolutely no evidence of damage to the Baja.

1st SUV someone plowed into it and did $900 in damages. 2nd SUV turkey flew into the windshield on the Thruway while I was doing 65 mph. This was $2500 in damages. Smittys took their time to fix it. Both SUVs look like they were never damaged. Was worried the windshield would leak, but no it was perfect. Would recommend highly.
