Initially I thought I was in a big hurry and they were able to provide answers to me quickly, however they weren't the right answers. When I found out there wasn't a rush I told them there was no hurry. After several months I made repeated phone calls that were never returned. It took a long, long time to get another appointment and iorn out the problems. What concerned me was the time and their lack of phone calls.
