well I used Sean years ago when I had a small 2 family so when I needed someone to help with lawncare and snow removal when I increased my business I asked Sean and he said yes.
He was very grateful to have my business and he has been working for me for the last year.. My bills were higher than ever because of this horrible winter but I used him for every storm and for additional sanding when needed. I also used him for weekly lawncare.
One storm this past winter in Feb 2013, my tenants called me screaming that he plowed them into their house and left. I called Sean to ask what happened and he said that nobody came out to move their cars so he left. I asked why he plowed them in? He said that he was now out of the area and we had to wait until that evening.
My tenants were very angry and needed to get to work so they all got together and shoveled their way out, it took three hours and four people.
I am a forgiving person and I always give people a second chance, but this last call was unbelieveable. I asked Sean for some help fixing some stuff around my property and he told me that he just got bigger jobs that pay more and didn't have time for me and my three properties. Wow, is that how you treat your loyal clients?
