This company is a one man operation - a kid about 19/20 years old. Has his young friends help him. He has been doing work at our neighbors home since 8/13/2010. We all live on a private road. This kid comes in at least 10 times a day or more, at all hours of the day and night. He stays anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple of hours. He repaired a road that 7 neighbors share. Within a week the Item 1 stone he put in washed out. He really should have used Item 4 stone. When he does work for the neighbor he is very rude, obnoxious, belligerent and disruptive to all the neighbors except the one he is working for. He does not take into consideration the other 6 houses on the road. He drives in on this private dirt road (one lane) very fast, music blaring, flashing his lights at all the houses as he goes by. I don't believe he has a DBA, license or has any insurance. There is another Empire Landscaping in Marlboro please don't confuse the two.
Description of Work: He filled in all the pot holes on this one lane dirt road with Item 1 stone when he should have used Item 4. It all washed out withing one week. Fortunately we are not on the road maintenance agreement and did not have to pay any portion of his bill. Only one neighbor ended up footing the bill.
