These guys were great. They communicated and worked flawlessly and efficiently to get the job done. They were amazing to watch and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their price was very good also. The cleanup job they did was amazing.

The rainy weather delayed scheduling, but once scheduled they were very punctual. It was an all day event that went flawlessly. Good cleanup followed with everything taken away, as agreed. Nice job!

The removal of the tree went well, however his crew hit my house with the truck which cracked the siding, and crimped and misaligned my kitchen door. Bill notified me that he would either fix it or have someone else do it. Upon further conversation, we agreed that I would do the repairs myself, and in exchange he would grind the stumps and put a cable in a maple tree behind the house. It took 2 more weeks for him to grind the stumps, and 15 months later he has still not come to put the cable in the tree and will not answer my calls or texts.

Mr. Dietz and crew were prompt and had the tree removed and debris cleaned up within a three hour window.  His equipment is state of the art and they left my yard in excellent condition.
I was nervous about the equipment in the backyard, but Mr. Dietz provided mats for the trucks and was sensitive to do the "turns" on an area that did not have grass or was not part of my drainage system.
 They were courteous and professional.  I was impressed at how fast they were able to accomplish the task!  
They have earned my respect and I would highly recommend them.

If an A+ were possible Dietz Tree Service would get that rating!  They arrived on time and worked to take down long-neglected trees on my property.  They were very knowledgeable about what trees were safe and why safety was an issue in other trees.

When they had to trim an unsafe, beautiful Maple tree to create safety they were careful to preserve the shape and beauty of the tree.

There were several trees that I wanted to keep, but when neighboring trees were cut down, those trees didn't look attractive.  (A situation that Mr. Dietz had advised me about but I wanted to try.)  Of the trees that remained I was uncertain if we could make it work.  The men consulted with me as each tree was removed, asking if I wanted to go further, or keep the remaining trees.  They helped me decide, pointing out advantages and disadvantages along the way.

When the work was done, not only did they do a great clean-up in my yard, but they also cleaned the adjoining road.

All of this work was done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.  As I said...they get an A+ !!!
