Despite rain interruptions, the work was performed promptly and professionally in a little over four days. As with previous work, Louie Giorgi provided and kept to the initial estimate, and kept us fully informed of progress throughout.

Written estimate/proposed contract was provided promptly, and revised as per owner's request.Work was performed three weeks later. Some additional work proved necessary to replace rotted boards, fascia and beams, which was fully explained and discussed beforehand.Weather was good: work proceeded on time.Cleanup was impeccable. Contractor and his personnel were knowledgeable, highly professional, helpful and always pleasant.
