The service is good. The price is too high.

On the NYC job, my contractor burned them and didn't pay for the work they had started. A year passed, nut they came back, we settled on a price and finished the install. I worked extensively with their office staff who helped me pick and order the right diffusers, registers and filters for the system.  They also replaced an old condenser upstate at my mother's house which has had no problems.. I would say their pricing is a little high, though I don't have much to compare it to, but worth it for the service and quality. I've met several of their technicians and they've all been helpful, courteous and neat.

Technician came prepared and was very polite and clean. Arrived on time and finished job in a timely matter.

Joe said, the instilation would not take more than (5) days. His men came Monday morning and they were finished friday morning. They were very nice and explained in detail what they were going to do before they did it, so we had a chance to prepare, (cover furniture, etc) they also swept up inside and outside.
they started the units friday and within 10 min my whole house was cool, (no complaints, no regrets)

The company installed a new air conditioning unit in my apartment at a pretty expensive price. Almost from Day 1 the unit didn't work well. Teletemp came back 3 times and couldn't fix the problem. Then, the owner indicated that he wasn't going to take responsibility (for a unit that had only been installed 4 months earlier). We ended up having the manufacturer look at the unit, only to tell us that the initial installation (and follow-up calls) we not done right/well. VERY frustrating. The HVAC/Airconditioning industry has a poor reputation and this experience reinforced that.
