 + -1 moreSomerset has done a fine job for me so far. I do not think I have ever had any problems with them. They seem to send everything on time and I get a lot of mail from them. They seem to be fairly communicative and that is never really a bad way for a company to be. I will still be happier when I have no mortgage at all to be quite frank.
Description of Work: The mortgage on my home is very small at this point in time. It was just recently sold by another company to one called Somerset. What they are charging is about the same as the other company but I care not to say what I am paying exactly.

THEY HAVE SEVERAL PROGRAMS AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCURATE WITH GATHERING ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE DEALT WITH FROM THIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN PLEASURABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY IS PROCESSING A REFINANCING LOAN ON OUR CURRENT MORTGAGE, PAYING OFF OUR CURRENT DEBT AND HELPING TO GET US MORE MONEY FOR SOME HOME PROJECTS.
