Outstanding service. Victor Cusano (owner) is an absolute mensch! He made what could have been a painful experience, seamless and pleasant. We had a contract drawn up listing all the requirements for the job in great detail (many other contracts I had seen prior were vague and flimsy on details) and Victor worked with me to ensure that I was happy with all the incidentals. He removed anything I wasn't comfortable with and adjusted the price on items that I had questions on. All in, the contract was completed and everything on it was fulfilled as promised. The workers came daily, on time and did their work with little or no supervision. Usually, I would have been apprehensive in having strangers in the home, but they were complete professionals and always cleaned up after themselves. They were perfectionists with their work and if anything was amiss, they would fix it right away without being told. I had a plumbing mishap that needed repair a few months after the job was completed and they came right away to fix it. Even a year later, I have a minor issue that needs addressing and they are there, no questions asked. I am very happy with the end results and would certainly use Prism General Services (PGS) again. In fact, I have already recommended them to others.
