Communication with staff was efficient. They responded quickly which was nice. However, no personal visit to evaluate our roof condition. Rather, they sent us satellite images and issued quotes based that. We asked if they would honor the 5% senior discount listed on Angie's, they noted they no longer work with Angie's. False incentive listed so just be mindful.

Contacted right away to do service. Within a few days work was done. 2 roof tiles needed to be replaced and they they secured surrounding tiles.

Within a week the work was completed. The work done was quite professional and the installed tiles match the old ones. They cleaned up when they were finished and I am very satisfied.

They are listed under GAF as a presidential group of people, like the highest level of roofers.? I didn't use them.? It seemed like a fair price and they do excellent work.? I was very impressed.? They're very concise.? They knew what they were doing.? They just seemed very straightforward. They seemed very honest.? They seemed very capable. I don't think someone would be disappointed having them as a roofer.? That was the impression I had.? On the GAF site they're one of the most highly reviewed roofers for GAF.? There is a group called the golden pledge warranty, that's only like 3% of GAF roofers can get the golden pledge warranty.? They are one of them and they are among the highest of them.? They are in the presidential elite so they're kind of a elite roofer that does GAF roofing.? I don't think anyone would make a mistake using them as a roofer.? It was a very detailed estimate.? I would trust them for repair in the future.? If they came out sent by GAF, I would be very pleased.

Very professional and informative, both with the estimate and the work. Took pictures of the roof so that I could see the damage. I cannot comment on the quality of the work because I cannot see it myself. The price seemed reasonable but I did not shop around. My only comment is that they did not call me ahead of time to say they were coming, maybe because this was a small job that they squeezed in at the last minute.

Quick and thorough.

The work was excellent, all issues were addressed on site by the project manager osmund or frank (owner). Email and phone calls were replied to almost instantaneously. Preferred Exterior always worked with me and all the crew members always made sure I was happy with their work from making sure things were level, straight and in cases even when some work was to be redone. Everyone was very professional - would definitely hire again!

work was done professionally and the replacement has solved the problem so far. We have used Preferred in the past on another house and have good experience in each case.

Matt visited the house, did his inspection, took measurements and got back to us with an estimate. He was very nice and patient with all my questions and scheduling issues. We got all of our roofing done including the garage roof, and two skylights replaced. The company had to remove 3-4 layers of roofing which we weren't aware of. The owners constantly came to check the process, not to mention their foreman was very professional.

The job was done well, and they left our property and the neighbors property clean.

From the initial assessment to the final completion of the work, Preferred Exterior was professional, prompt and excellent in every regards.  Frank, the owner, personally came in to perform the assessment.  He carefully and thoroughly explained the issues, the repair work and the entire process.  He certainly make customer satisfaction a top goal of his and it shows.  I cannot ask for more.  During the day of the work, his crew was prompt and Frank ensured that everything went smoothly.  We had an issue with the skylight, which I bought, not fitting properly and he immediately worked with his suppliers to locate 2 correct skylights.  We were very fortunately that Frank found 2.  Matt, also the owner, drove 45 min to retrieve the skylight.  I'm grateful for this since this would have been a showstopper.  By the way, in addition to the foreman, Matt was also closely involved.  He diligently inspected the final work with me.  Once the old roofing was removed and the team had a better opportunity to reassess with work, Frank presented the updated findings.  It turns out that it was not crucial to replace some of the plywood and Frank again presented me the options and his expert advice.  Upon completion, everything was cleaned and trash removed.  I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Frank is extreemly professional, and knowledgeable. Job was done in one day. They worked very clean and efficently. They met and talked  with us a countless number of times to answer all our questions on attic venting. Job required removing old roof(2 layers).   Performed job according to our schedule - They are local to the neighborhood, have been in business for many many years, and would highly recommend them.

We redid the roof with the GAF Timberline roofing system. Matt the owner was very responsive. He visited the same day of my call and went on the roof to inspect carefully to give an accurate estimate. Price was very reasonable compared to others using the same materials. I was not sure of the color, so I was given a sheet sample and a list of houses that used my interested colors. On the day of work things went very smoothly. Matt was on the roof with the foreman to make sure things were getting done properly. They also did a nice job with cleanup. In the evening Matt called to make sure I was happy with the work. Also to let me know that if anything should come up to please contact him. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend Preferred Exterior Corp to others. They were on time (seems rare these days), work was done bery neatly, yard was cleaned up well and roofing materials installed in a nice neat straight line. Would use yhem again.

They haven’t started the job yet, he came for a second and looked in and I’m going to go with him.  I had a bunch of roofers here and he was the most professional and he was the most reasonable.  He seems the most very knowledgeable.  They all seem to have different theories on doing it and I did my own research and he seems the most on tract on what is supposed to be done.  He wasn’t in a rush, he took the time and he explained everything and answered all questions.  He seems the most honest to me because I did my research.  He wasn’t trying to offer anything I didn’t need.  When he came, I do the roof the right way, so that I would not have to come back.  Other ones came with all different ways on how they are going to do it and I did my own research and I called them back.  It’s not just me it’s my neighbour too, he’s not an  Angie’s List member so he had done roof too, he is like using that guy.
