Insurance paid the rest. 

I had such a great experience at Nuzzi. I found them through my insurance agent when I called to let them know that a truck had sprayed tar all over my car. As soon as I called they got the ball rolling on when I could come in and get set up. I brought my car in that afternoon to be looked at, and Tony called my insurance agent and set up the claim right away. He told me I could come back in the next few days at my convenience to have the tar removed from my car. Tony was always courteous on the phone and in person and when I went in a few days later to drop my car off, he had me wait in the air conditioned office while I got picked up. He called promptly the next day to tell me my car was ready, and when I got the car back, it had no tar on it anywhere, and it was also washed, polished, and detailed, inside and out.
Everyone who works in the office at Nuzzi is extremely warm, courteous, and helpful. This was the definition of superb customer service, and this is coming from someone with high standards. I would recommend them to anyone -- they took the stress out of a situation that could have been a huge nuisance.

They did a great job at a very reasonable price.
