Our house needed a copper pipe in our ceiling to be fixed as it had a very small and slow drip that through time ate away at our lathe/plaster ceiling.  I asked Miller Brothers to come and give me an estimate to fix the pipe.  They sent someone over and he began to do some work:  he shut off the water supply to that particular pipe and drained that pipe's route.  He didn't ask me if I wanted him to do this work nor did he ever tell me it would cost me any money.  He just did it.  We had been living w/the slow drip for months and we would have been very happy to leave it that way had we known that it would cost us $135 to simply drain that pipe (which my husband does anyway whenever we clean out our system).  Later on we found out that most plumbers charge a fee to just walk in your door.  I wish Miller Brothers would have told us that when we made an appointment w/them to give us an estimate.

Great job- no more heating issues. They were clean and fast, completeing a big job in 2 days.

Two professional men did all the work in about 2 days.  They protected the house from dirt and were very careful working around our belongings.  They not only installed the backflow pipes, but they added shut-off valves in key locations for use in emergencies.  They did a high-quality job.

My only complaint was that they hid the shut-off valve to an exterior faucet, and had to return to our house to show me the valve.  They charged a lot for this visit - something I thought would be free since they failed to point this out prior to the completion of the job.

This notwithstanding, I feel they did an excellent job.

Job went extremely well. Jim Miller (owner) came with two professionals to set them up, then Jim left and his two men completed the job. We were pleasantly surprised to see the insertion of shut-off valves in the new plumbing they installed, especially since this is an old house and other pipes my leak or burst - in which case shut-off vavle is convenient.

Everything went great. We were so very impressed with the expert craftsmanship that this crew showed. Everyone was wonderful. We were really treated great by these guys. They are as fast as they are good. They showed up everyday, on time, when they were scheduled to be there. When they came to work, they came to work. There time management was amazing. They had no wasted time. We thank them so much for a job well done. I don't really want to give out the price but I can say it was very highly competitive.

Miller Brothers has done a great job considering the flooding that we have had to deal with here. They start early and stay late to get the work done.

THIS COMPANY DOES VERY GOOD WORK. I TRUST THEM AND I CAN RELY ON THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB AND NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICES. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND THEY COMPLETE THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I HAVE USED MILLER BROTHERS FOR SEVERAL PLUMBING ISSUES AS WELL AS HEATING & COOLING NEEDS. I AM QUITE PLEASED WITH THEIR OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORKMANSHIP.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE PRICE OF THIS COMPANY. THE PLUMBER WAS NEAT, CLEAN, & PROFESSIONAL. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH WORK FOR THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED.

I WOULD RATE THEM EXCELLENT. I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS. THEY HAVE FIXED NUMEROUS THINGS FOR OUR FAMILY. THEY ARE ALSO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.
