When I picked up my dog. He was fine. Little anxious because he knew I was upset.

I wish I could say it was great. I really want to. I brought my dog in to get groomed. I stated in the beginning how I wanted her cut which was low cut on the body and sanitary areas, rounded paws and 2 ponytails. This is the same thing I get done every time. I was called 15 minutes before they closed and was told your dog is ready but were closing soon. I got there in time to pick her up and there were still other people picking up their dogs so I was ok. But when I got my dog they gave her this big green bow and her cut wasn't what I expected. I asked the girl how come they didn't do the 2 ponytails she said I dont know I wrote it down for them. So she went thin the back and told the guy and he was like we cant do 2 bows and he told me thats not possible so I asked how if thats what I get all the time. The girl in the front apologized and he told her no dont apologize. So I asked if they could fix it. The owner in the back had a whole fit. She started having a fit saying she do t have no time for no bows its not her fault there was a breakdown in communication her basement is flooded and she dont have time its after her shift. But mind you this is the owner its her business and I would think that if you own a business and drop the ball that you would fix it especially if the customer is paying. Im all about supporting businesses but the way she treated me all because I wanted 2 ponytails on my dog so she could look cute for surgery when she gets her eyesight back I dont think I did anything wrong. So when she started having a fit I asked for my dog back and she told the front desk rep yeah take the dog let her take the dog outta here because I dont have no time to be fixing bows its after my shift. I've never felt so disgusted and belittled ever. Hopefully everyone else's experience will be better but for me its definitely a pass.

It didn't go as well as expected. The service was ok but could not believe that I dropped of my little puppy and they couldn't give me a time frame. They said they would call me 30 min before. It was pass 5 and my puppy was still not ready. I called very upset and they said maybe another hr or so and I said no way! My puppy did not eat for those many hrs and they expect to have dogs or puppies there all day without food! Never again !!!!!

It went wonderful. Annabelle is special needs, (HIGH anxiety). Finding someone that would groom her was a challenge. She is semi-long haired and, not only matts, but she pulls her hair out. She needed to be shaved down. Luxury Pet Spa agreed to "try" and groom her, and, they DID! They told me that she was very well behaved, no problems. I am very very pleased with their service...Annabelle will be back!

the cutting was done very well-however, after bringing my dog home, two days later he caught his dewclaw on the carpet in my home and had to be taken to the vet to have it removed-the vet also informed us that not only was the dewclaw not cut, but none of the nails were and that the anal glands had not been expelled-this cost us $125.00. when i e mailed the owner all she said was that she was sorry and i should call her-needless to say i did not call

Making an appointment was simple and easy. Once we arrived they were quick to get all my information and take Khloe in for her spa day. She was extremely matted but this was not an issue for them. They took good care in not hurting her while shaving her down. She was very cute and super clean when we picked her up. They did an amazing job with her to keep her personality with her hair. They even put bows in her hair which was adorable. All the ladies that I dealt with were very friendly and showed alot of care and love for all the doggies coming in and out of the spa, which was great to see. Will definitely be taking her back for another spa day.

They only provide dog walking services for dogs being boarded.

A great first experience for us and we will continue to have our furry friend groomed at luxury pet spa and boutique.

They were fabulous. The girls who work there are very gentle with the animals. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this provider again.

It was recommended to me. It was a very nice experience. It is clean. They did a really nice job. The dog was so comfortable there. She is very knowledgeable. It is a very fancy place. She was very thorough and specific to my needs.
