THE MAN WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT. HE WAS QUICK TO ARRIVE AND DID A FINE JOB REPLACING THE WATER HEATER. HE KNEW THE PROPER SIZE THAT WE WOULD NEED FOR OUR HOME.
