As most renovations do, it went longer and cost more than I expected. However. GCP was always polite, patient, and professional. They worked well with the constraints of my building and were always accommodating. The main principles of the business had great ideas and were very friendly and always exuded the utmost professionalism. This was my first experience with contractors and a renovation. If I had to do it over again, there's a lot I would do differently now that I am more experienced and wiser, but I would surely stick with GCP and will likely hire them for future renovation projects. The approximately $30k I paid them included materials and labor.
