Description of Work: For heating and AC, I use Bharat Mechanical. They come out semi-annually. It is like autumn and spring kind of thing. I am under a service contract.

 + -1 morewe call them in the morning and they were able to make an appointment for later in the day. DJ arrived on time as promised. very professional. looked at the furnace and was immediately able to identify the problem. he had the necessary parts to replace in his truck and had the problem resolved in ~20 minutes. we also had an issue with the way the system was working over the past year. it's a two zone heat/ac, and the vents for zone 1 turn on when we turn on zone 2. without any hesitation he took his time and looked through the system and explained what the problems were. one of the thermostats was wired incorrectly, which he fixed. we've had 2 or 3 other companies look a the system since it has been installed and everyone has promised to help / come back / etc, but no one has been able to solve the problem. DJ assessed it in 20 minutes. fantastic job! definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: inspected our furnace. identified the part that was broken (ignitor) and replaced it.

 + -1 moreHe is very responsive, very knowledgable and did not rip us off. Other companies told me it would cost $800, but he fixed it for much less and explained what he was doing. He is also available 24/7. He is commonly known as DJ.
