we also had an issue with the way the system was working over the past year. it's a two zone heat/ac, and the vents for zone 1 turn on when we turn on zone 2. without any hesitation he took his time and looked through the system and explained what the problems were. one of the thermostats was wired incorrectly, which he fixed. we've had 2 or 3 other companies look a the system since it has been installed and everyone has promised to help / come back / etc, but no one has been able to solve the problem. DJ assessed it in 20 minutes.
