DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY-if they damage your personal property, they will not take responsbility! 
The owner provided an estimate (on the high side supposedly) based on 3 movers and the number of estimated moving hours.  After the quote was provided, we decided to save some money and spent a full week moving boxes (several daily trips) to our new home.   By the day of the move, we only had furniture and a few boxes left.  The number of boxes and items remaining were significantly reduced (relative to the day the owner provided the quote).  Despite the significantly reduced number of boxes, a ?high? estimate provided and a 4th mover, the cost of the move was higher than the quote.  We would have been willing to leave it alone if this was the only issue.
On top of that, they destroyed/almost killed a plant that I have had for the last 15+ moves and which has survived many moves with no problems.  After that, we realized that they had broken the wheels on a portable air conditioner ? this is no longer portable.  Even after all these issues, we decided not to contact the company.  The last straw was when we realized that there was signicant damage on the backside of our dresser/headboard (largest piece of furniture made of solid wood).  The damage was significant and at no time did the movers notify us of these damages.  My husband ended up tipping them unaware of the damages.
We then decided that we needed to contact the company about the damages.  First, they had the movers get on the call and practically accused my husband of lying as they were questioning why we waited so long to call (it wasn?t that long and it is irrelevant anyway).  For the plant and the air conditioner, it appeared that they had knowledge of it although never told my husband but gladly accepted the tip he gave them.  We may uncover more damage but at this time, most of the boxes remain unopened as we are in the midst of renovating and will not be unpacking anytime soon.
We were recently offered approx. $40 or so for the damage to three items based on their estimated weight (dresser/headboard is very heavy).  When we told them that this was unacceptable, we were informed that this is all they are ?legally? liable for.  I was shocked by their response and lack of responsibility.  If they are not willing to do what is right, then what is to prevent them from completely destroying all of your personal property?especially given how little they are legally liable to pay.

The movers were very nice and seemed to do a complete job, but as we've finally gotten around to unpacking we've found that several things are missing including very important family paperwork and some family heirlooms.  The owner, Steven was supposed to be on site for our move, but he did not show up.  We first noticed some items were missing the day of the move, after the movers had left and called and e-mailed but they never responded to our attempts to contact them.  As the weeks have gone by we've noticed more and more items are missing.
 I would not recommend this company to anyone.  I'm so sorry that we hired them.  To add insult to injury, I tipped them really well.

Steve and all his staff were always pleasant and helpful. Because I liked him so much when I interviewed him for the job, I did not do my  usual research of three companies for any work I need done. My instincts were correct; while moving will never be a pleasure, there were no problems from Steve and his staff and they did everything they could to help me along the way. I also have to note that each time, the men in the moving crew were unfailingly polite and helpful. I'm not saying they were just okay - they were REALLY nice people and I give Steve credit for hiring and training people like that. I know that the attitude of the workers comes down from the top and they made a trying time go as smoothly as possible.

Absolutely terrible. The crew they sent were third stringers. Unprofessional, lazy and ignorant. Would not recommend at all. Every item they touched was either scratched, dented or torn. I was moving 1.2 miles and would have been better off walking everything by handtruck. They run a scam were they want to wrap all items that they move. That wouldn't have stopped the damage caused to my furniture or the house doorframes and walls. When you don't go for this "wrapping" it gives them a blank check to be completely careless with regard to the scratches, dents, tears and chips. This wrapping would have been done on the street after the items were already out of the house I was leaving which would be after the damage was caused at my previous residence.They needed constant supervision such as disappearing in the toilet for a half hour, constantly on the cell phone, any excuse not to be working, these guys may have been on the job but they certainly didn't come to work. I am so sorry that I hired these guys. My advice would be to look elsewhere for moving help unless you truly don't care about your items or what your being charged. After all this, they bellyache about how they how much they're not getting paid and looking for a big tip. I cannot emphasize enough how not to use these untrained circus animals. This is of course in my humble opinion and not to be viewed as libelous slander.
     PS I wait 2 months to see if I would have calmed down or at least mellowed out with regard to my opinion regarding this service. Well no, if anything I am even more adamant, since i'm still finding more damage 2 months later!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS!

I've moved in the past and used other companies that did not provide great service. When All the Right Moves was recommended to my by two people who are notoriously more demanding of their service professionals than I am, I figured that was worth a lot. From the moment Steve showed up to estimate the job until the very last bit of moving was done, the guys-- Benny, Curt, Anthony, Tony, Rich, Junior, Billy and Rudolfo--worked quickly, and professionally. The move turned out to be larger than the estimate--I suddenly had to move a piano and some furniture I thought the buyers were purchasing--but contrary to my experiences with other movers, the guys from All the Right Moves were both apologetic for the increased cost and patient with the increased workload. It must have been tempting to rush, or to show their frustration, but even when the job stretched from two trucks in one day to an additional truck and a second day, the second crew were no less pleasant and efficient than the first. They did everything asked of them without a grumble or complaint, in spite of a less-than-perfectly cleared driveway, in spite of having to come back, in spite of having far more to deal with than originally planned. Moving is often one of the worst experiences, even if you're super-organized (which I wasn't). All the Right Moves made it far more bearable. This is how a professional mover should operate. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
