Yes, we used them 3 weeks ago. I had a mixed experience. The work was good quality. They communicated well. They were here when they said they would be here. I was disappointed with the estimate of the price. It was twice as much as what they estimated. They got the questionable part wrong by more than 100%. They should have been on top of that.

It is now 2 months later and the dishwasher is not working again and they want $175 to come take a look at it again. I am using another company this time and getting a service contract with them.

It was excellent. He advised me on whether to get a new one or not. He gave me my choices and he said he would be fine to only charge me for the service call if I didn't want to do the repair. He doesn't sell appliances so he was fair. I like a guy who will turn business away if needed. I would absolutely use them again.
