I went because it was late in the day (6pm) and I wasn't sure anyone else would be open that late to provide the mandatory state inspection. I didn't expect much in the way of friendliness or price but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was business-friendly and professional. The service took a little longer than I thought it would, but that may just be due to the inspection. There were no hassles and no attempts to sell extra service/parts/etc. I will say you should check the internet for coupons; I think I saved an extra $10 or $15 off the price of the oil change. I'd go back again.
