I contacted Colonial Chimney Sweeps for a long overdue, routine chimney cleaning.  They arrived on schedule and performed the job quickly and professionally.  I'm very pleased with their work and will contact them again when it's time for another cleaning.

I was hearing chirping in the chimney and wanted to be sure no nests were in the chimney. I called Colonial and he was able to come the next day since he had a cancelation. They got here 15 minutes early. Did an inspection and all was clear and good in the chimney. He did an outside ground inspection. He noticed the chimney had some bricks where the mortar was lacking. Make a recommendation to have it repaired before bricks came lose.
They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and very professional.

They cleaned and inspected my wood burning furnace chimney. They are very thorough and offer very good suggestions on the overall maintanence of my system, such as using dehumidifiers in the cellar, to keep humidity down, thus preventing the unwanted effects of humidity on motors.
