Nottingham Contracting LLC

Mom needed a new handicapped bathroom after a stroke and after looking at Angie's list, Nottingham Contracting sounded like a good company. We interviewed a few others (even other ones from Angies list) but Paul and his team seemed to have the skills, history and dare I say it, compassion to help us through this new bathroom installation with my Mom to soon come out of a ReHab facility.
They guided us through all the steps and let me (and Mom) choose the fun decorating details (tile & paint colors, plumbing & lighting fixture styles, etc.)  They even helped by pointing out and fixing a structural problem with the ceiling. We needed a heating system installed in the new bathroom and they knew exactly what to do and it's great. They went above and beyond and even worked weekends getting everything ready when I was told Mom would be coming home earlier than expected.  They even helped organize other areas of the house that we needed help with.  In fact, we ended up using them for quite a bit more needed little things, and it was great to work with a company who we knows does a good honest job. (we got new quotes for the extra work, and they were all very fair, so we went ahead and did them.)----------We found Paul and his crew to be honest and friendly and am happy to say that if we ever need anything else done we look forward to using them again. We had Nottingham Contracting give us a estimate to finish our basement.  We had several contractors in for estimates. Paul and his assistant John, were very kind and understanding to what we wanted. They explained what we could do and what we couldn't do with regard to our budget and physical room.
We thought a drop ceiling would be best to access the plumbing in future if ever need be. Paul advised us not to. Said it would cost same to do a sheet rock ceiling, plus we would lose the head height of the room. 
We decided to go with Nottingham Contracting because we found that Paul was understanding to our needs and budget.
The framing went fast the first week, with Paul cleaning up after each day.  We were right on schedule.
Paul would tell me when to order the cabinets and the size needed.  He would tell me when it was time to order the tile etc..
We have been very pleased with our descision to hire Nottingham Contracting.
We enjoy our finished basement everyday!  

Neighbors and friends have visited and given us many compliments on the new bathroom. We are VERY happy with the work, costs, time and professionalism.

Heating system works better now than it ever has in the past 17 years!  Fast, neat, very efficient work.  Excellent job.  My expectations were exceeded.

Paul always showed up on time, told us in advance how much stuff would cost, gave us advice on our choices and pricing options. We are extremely pleased with all of the work he has done for us.
