Steven Candoni Plumbing & Heat

Mr. Candoni was very professional, took care of some problems other plumbers had trouble with, went and got parts rather than leaving me lists of parts that I should find.  He seems to really know what he's doing.  I'd definitely use him again.

He was very good.  His price was excellent.  His service was excellent.  My refrigerator wasn't working at all.  It was just out of warranty.  He totally fixed it and we have had no further problem with it.  When I called, he wasn't in and he had a recording.  He called me back in a timely fashion.  He showed up on time.  He called to make sure that everything was okay and that we were satisfied.  My experience was excellent all the way through.  We have recommended him to other people. 

I told him the problem on the second time. He was busy with expecting company for the holiday weekend in his own house and he dropped everything to repair my toilet. He is reasonable and honest. He performs his work well.

He was responsive, called me back, came when he said he would, did all the work he said he would do. Looked at things very carefully. He did not leave a mess - cleaned everything up. He was very good, careful and thorough. He takes a lot of pride in his work.

I HAD TO CALL THEM IN AN EMERGENCY AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. STEVEN CANDONI IS DEPENDABLE AND THE WORK IS EFFICIENT. MY HOME IS NOW A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE BECAUSE THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB.
