Scott was prompt and easily took care of my problem. I would recommend him.

Scotty was fast responding, always answered the phone or called back immediately, and very efficient. Very knowledgeable and worked to fix the issues with the least amount of mess or impact to the house. Other plumbers would have ripped up everything on the inside and out, including tiles and walls just trying to figure out the problem. Scotty accurately pin pointed the issues and knew exactly what to do. The jobs were done neatly and more importantly, properly. Very skilled crew. Will never call another plumber other than Scotty.

We called and Scotty picked up phone immediately and we got an appointment for the very next day. We got a call prior to team arriving, which was exactly when they said they would be arriving. Very professional, neat, precise. We couldn’t be happier and have a long list of future projects we will be calling them back to do. A++

Scotty responded very quickly, came on Labor Day, and did not charge extra. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very neat. There was some water damage from the leak and he recommended other people to help. He is very personable.

Amazing job done by Scotty & his crew. They came out right away; in the snow. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a better plumber, ever! They had to work in a very cramped space & got the job done in no time. They are professional, organized, courteous & neat. There was absolutely no mess left for me to clean up. Scotty and his team were incredibly professional. He came quickly that morning to check out our broken water heater before coming later that afternoon to install the new one and the softener. He explained the entire process to me, and he was very responsive. He even called us the next morning to ask how everything was working. I can't recommend Scotty more highly!

Scotty and his son Justin were true professionals. They came when they said they would, answered all my questions, communicated at all hours (including weekends) via text message, and completed the job for the previously agreed-upon price. While their per-hour rate came out to about $300 per person (which I found a bit pricey for a plumber and assistant), they were actually priced at the median of the 3 other quotes I received, and I can't really fault them for being so efficient as to do the entire job in an hour. Would definitely use them again, as they know what they are doing.

We did not continue to use them because he said, which I appreciate since we have a tankless water heater, that it was not his specialty. So he was able to do the repair that day but when it broke shortly thereafter, it did not make sense to call him again. He did a nice job, a fine job given the situation but by his own admittance he did not know further what to do with it. He was good, he was on time, came the same day, Scotty came. They did what they could do. The price was fair. Came same day, squeezed me in the schedule and called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message. For different plumbing jobs I would use them again. They were professional, came on time, did a nice job, very straight forward and honest about what he could and could not do. He left us in a situation that was better then when he came.

Our hot water heater went on a Friday night and after calling 6 companies and only 1 company calling us back telling us there would be a $600.00 up charge to come on Saturday or Sunday, I went on Angies List and found Scotty..... what a God send he turned out to be. He was the nicest person to deal with, told me he would get a unit and be able to install it on Sunday (warehouse was closed on Saturday) He called me first thing Sunday morning and was at my house by 9:30 in the morning. His son then came with the unit and in under an hour and a half everything was completed and he did not charge me a penny more than he normally would. He was professional, caring and very knowledgeable about every aspect of what he was doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing service. So much more pleasant to deal with than all the so called big companies.

This was the first time using this company. After giving me time/date for service, they gave me estimate over the phone. The following day was scheduled for their service. Their technician called to say they would be delayed by 15 minutes. The technician found the problem to be a sheared flapper and changed out the unit. The final bill was $45.00 less than originally estimated. This is a first after over 45 years of owning homes. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Scotty contacted me almost immediately after placing a service call. He stopped by and looked over the problem and gave me an estimate. The problem was fixed promptly at my earliest convenient time. Workmanship was excellent.

I love Scotty. He was here probably last week and actually, it was a minor thing and he did not charge me anything. I did not encounter any unexpected issues. I would definitely recommend him to my neighbors because he is very attentive, good, and comes when he said he is going to come. He is a little bit on the expensive side, but then he came, did a small thing, and did not charge us anything.

It is rare to find any type of contractor that will come to your home, assess the issue, fix it and NOT charge you because the issue was small. I am very thankful and would not hesitate to call again. Great!

It went very smoothly. Scotty showed up on time and replaced our water heater without a problem. We have a very specific type of water heater and it needed some extra work. It was almost 12 years to the day from when we had to replace the previous water heater. Scotty did the work that time, too.
Unfortunately it's always very expensive whenever we seem to need plumbing work done but I would highly recommend Scotty for his promptness, knowledge and ability to do a job well.

He is terrific! It is very convenient to get an appointment for every day repairs but most importantly he came on a Sunday just a few hours after I called to say that I had no hot water. He is very professional, works quickly and cleanly and really knows what he is doing. He is patient and explains things. I also appreciate the fact that he is smart enough not to try to push extra repairs on you. He did not present a bill until all the work ( four visits) had been completed. (Bear in mind that he made the trips regardless of the fact that the first faucet couldn't be repaired or that the replacement did not fit.) I am extremely happy that I found him- on Angie's List.I think that his fees are reasonable. He kept four appointments and came on a Sunday in a matter of hours. He certainly did not press me for payment until all of the work was completed.

UPDATE
I am not quite sure what happened but I called Scotty during the summer because I have an outside leak and I needed some additional plumbing work. He said he'd schedule me. Weeks passed and I called him again and he said that he was on vacation. Okay. Still waiting and it's now October!

Complete change. So instead of raving about him I had to go back and change responsiveness and professionalism to a C
He was great the first time around, but is now missing in action.

So disappointed.

My wife and I bought a house, and the day after we closed on the house the toilet started leaking and something started leaking on the boiler/furnace. We called Scotty that evening and he came out right after his son's baseball game to check on the problems for us. (He even brought his son to teach him about the family business! Very cool.) The toilet was old and had developed a leak where the tank sat on the bowl, and Scotty said it had to be replaced since it was so old. (We were intending on replacing the toilet eventually anyway, just not so quickly.) For the leak in the boiler/furnace, Scotty diagnosed the problem immediately--a relief valve's fitting wasn't and quot;seatedand quot; correctly--and then spent a good 20-30 minutes working on fixing it without having to take things apart. He managed to fix the furnace leak and we avoided having to take pipes off the system, which would've meant $400+ in work rather than the 20 minutes he spent on it.

Scotty came to the house that Saturday at 8 am--his earliest available appointment--and replaced the toilet with one that we purchased. He offered to replace it with a special model of his own, but we'd purchased that same toilet before and preferred its design and features.

Scotty was extremely knowledgeable and was more than willing to educate me on the whats, whys and hows of everything he did. I'm very inquisitive about things, so it was great that he was so patient to answer my questions at length.
