I have hire this company on at least 4 occasions. The work was thorough and complete. The more interesting part is that Matt left room in all of his plans to help make on site adjustments to the plans without having to redo the certified architectural plans.

Matt is great to work with. He really took the time to understand our needs and presented us multiple options for our project. I priced the same project with several architects and he was also priced very competitvely. Work was complete on time and exceeded out expectations!

I hired MAS for a home renovation project in Manhattan. From the first day of the project Matt was only a phone call away if I needed any information or a status update. He made sure I was kept in the loop during the whole permitting process. He personally made site visits during construction and was always there and ready to help when architectural questions arose. Once the work was completed he made sure all the necessary permits were closed and fully signed off. Can not emphasize how great his level of service was during this very difficult process. Would highly recommend.
