THEY WERE ADEQUATE. THEY DIDN'T MOVE THE FURNITURE. THEY CANCELLED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WE HAD, AND WHATEVER THEY USED TO CLEAN THE CARPET LEFT AN ODOR.
