I called Mike about my goals and Mike promptly came to the house.  After listening to my comments, Mike gave me insights regarding what he could do to meet my desires.  With the family room as a base (CD player, turntable and two speakers located there, and a newer receiver installed there), he suggested putting one speaker in an upstairs room and two speakers in the basement.  Mike e-mailed me quotes for two apps; he recommended and I chose the Yamaha app and quality wireless headphones.
Mike installed the system and after getting paid, promptly answered all my questions/issues both by phone, e-mail and in person. Mike has come back to the house several times to assist me. Mike went out of his way to answer with my questions.

It went great Mike, the owner is professional, neat , clean up after him self, answer all questions. He really knows his stuff. Even came back to help set up remote again after my children screwed it up.
