Description of Work: I used clearwater to open and do some initial cleanings on my pool. I was nervous as a first-time home-owner and pool-owner about the work involved to get the pool up and running (it was not in perfect condition from previous owners) but the company made me feel very comfortable and confident. | |It unfortunately took more cleaning sessions than I would have liked to become clear... but it finally got there. They also showed us how to clean out the filter so we can do that on our own going forward. | |We will definitely use them for closing the pool this season.

 + -1 moreI'm very satisfied with Clearwater Pools. I've had them install a heater in and that is very nice. They're quick to come when there is a problem. For example we had a crack in the lining and they came right away to take care of that. They are very reliable.
Description of Work: They opened my 22' x 30' in-ground swimming pool in the Spring. They treated it and checked the chemical levels.

 + -1 moreGerard managed the project and seems very knowledgeable about pools. He didn't do the actual work, but he checked in on the progress a couple of times over the course of the job to make sure everything was going well. The workers were courteous and very, very neat. Our pool was fully functioning during the entire job, and no dirt ended up in the pool. Work was done promptly and professionally, despite ninety plus degree days. The price was a little high, we thought, but they did a great job.
Description of Work: The workers (three of them) dug through the concrete deck surrounding our in-ground pool to replace leaking return lines. They replaced them all the way from the pool to the filter with flexible PVC, then filled everything back in. They will return in a couple of weeks to pour new concrete, after the ground settles.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD JUST IN GENERAL. EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY, AND IT DIDN'T MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE WENT DOWN THERE. IT WAS VERY GOOD. I'VE USED THEM FOR SO MANY YEARS, AND I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY DO POOL MAINTENANCE, OPEN IT, AND IMPROVE THE CLARITY OF THE POOL.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE USUALLY PRETTY GOOD EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE TIME A FEW WEEKS AGO WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND I HAD TO CALL. THEY DID SEND SOMEONE A FEW DAYS LATER TO GET IT FINISHED.
Description of Work: IT WAS CLOSING THE POOL FOR THE WINTER, WINTERIZING IT AND ALL.
