The Cleaning Authority - Smithtown

I had a feeling that I might have been unsatisfied, during the initial tour on the first day when I was showing the crew the areas, I kept hearing them giggle and whisper in the background, not really paying attention to what I was saying. After the first deep cleaned my expectation was not high since I knew they still had to come again, so I ignored things like webs in chandeliers and patio doors, and details such as top of shower door that were not even wiped down, would get done next time. It also had no fresh scent, the odor was one of a dirty mop water. The second deep cleaning, webs still in both sliding doors, dining room hutch extreme dust, foyer along baseboards dust and pet hair. It was obvious that floors could not have been vacuumed or washed, fridge and light switches in main areas still with prints. Was very discouraged. It didn't even smell like dirty mop water ( a sign that they mopped), it smelled like nothing. When I arrived home from work I felt discouraged because I thought they had not come then my youngest son yes they did. I was shocked. I had spend hours making sure the house was "tidy" so they can get to do the deep clean. I did the deep clean that night after they had apparently come (175$ down the drain and I still had to do the work). I washed the floor on the main floor and went through two buckets of fresh water (the water was filthy), and I even took some pics, my black leggings were covered in dust and pet hair. The worst part is when I contacted the office and informed them about my concerns. They took my information and said nothing else. I called the owner this afternoon, and he did not seem upset about my dissatisfaction. He simply stated that he would speak to them and stated "I'm sorry things didn't work out". No attempt at customer recovery at all! He had never checked initially to see how the first visit went and he did not call me to talk about these concerns. He never offered to switch my days so I could have a different person, no discount, no refund. I had a few friends waiting to see if I would recommend, had them waiting still after the first visit and definitely let them all know to find someone else.
