Costs not fully disclosed even though costs were requested prior to call
resulted in very very expensive repair.  Call that took no more than 10
minutes to fix cost $200 plus parts and taxes.  My wife dealt with the
service man and when I called afterward to ask about the charges the
service man got abusive on the phone to the point of hanging up.  Stay
away from this service unless you don't care how much you spend or how
badly you're treated.

They sent somebody out. We went to work and we didn't thought that we needed to have cash waiting for the guy. My mother was there. So he came and opened it up. He told us that some wiring fell off and he will put it back together. After a while he had it running and that we owed him $120 and she told him that she didn't have any money and asked for a bill. And he said no he need to be paid now and then he said he would wait so that she can have somebody to bring the money. She called me and luckily I was working close. He waited 10 minutes, then he took the dishwasher apart, went underneath, took the wiring back off and put a bunch of different things in there that didn't belong in there so that it wouldn't work at all. And he said tell them not to run this and takes a risk of burning up the motor and then he walked out the door! So basically he sabotaged the dishwasher because he was mad that I didn't have cash waiting for him in the house. And when I called and talked to the woman, she said well you should have had money and that she told me how much. But nobody told me to have money waiting for the technician. In my mind it was a lack of communication - he didn't understand. If you want money to be there when you get there, then tell somebody you need to have it waiting. The quality of the work was horrible, I mean he sabotaged my equipment.
