The installation went well after a last minute scheduling issue. This last minute change had me a little concerned. The equipment they installed was sub standard and i've never seen such poor quality alarms. The alarm was secured with double sided sticky tap and I thought the quality of the work was very cheap and sloopy. What happened next the installer left and my husband wanted to show me how to engage and arm the system. When we went to arm it we were having issues with the entry points in the house that we had never touched and that didn't allow us to set the alarm. At 4 am we heard a noise from the system that was very disturbing. We called the main central alarms system and they were able to tell my husband how to disengage the system step by step. I called Jerry and the office on Saturday and Sunday and left messages but no word until 4pm on Monday to actually resolve the issue and that was only to reschedule the work. He was very aggressive when he came to pick up the system and damage my house in the process. I am now having issues with my home line because of his work. I am very upset and concerned that I let this company into my house and feel the safety of my property is at risk.
