+ -1 moreOverall, communication was great. If you call the office, and the person that you're looking for isn't there (Angelo, the scheduler, for example), you're given their cell phone number. This company aims to please. I do wish that the pricing were better, but other, lower quality products were almost as much. You really do get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Company refinishes your garage from soup to nuts. I just had them finish the floor. James was the sales rep that came to my home to show me samples and speak to me about the product. I remember him telling me that Premier's flooring was the best. Of course, I took that with a grain of salt. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time, were courteous and very neat. Work included "scarring" the garage concrete floor (21' x 21') and knee walls. Next was coating with their "hybrid polymer". All work took about 5 - 6 hours, and was completed in one day. I was able to use the garage 24 hours later. The product looks spectacular, a lot like my granite counter top, but is a non-slip surface. I did a lot of research before hiring Premier. James was right. Their product is the best around.
