HEAVENS BEST CARPET CLEANING

We felt the pricing was reasonable.  They did a very fine job.  They were neat and clean.  They did exactly what they said they would do.  Things came out perfectly.

They were puntucal, professional and cleaned the carpet thoroughly. I would recommend this company.

Heaven's Best was prompt and courteous. I was able to make an appointment that was convenient to me in less than a week. The carpet in a high traffic area with some drink stains around a . desk came completely clean. The upholstery was clean, even the kitchen chairs, which the cleaners were not sure would come completely clean, look great.

Cleaner arrived promptly. He vacuumed meticulously, lifted or moved every stick of furniture in his way (except for really heavy bookcases etc.) Rugs, which included heavily soiled light colored Berber, came cleaner than in my wildest dreams. He left us his own brand of spot cleaner for touch up, and assured us he will re-do carpet at no charge if spots return (they have not). The rugs really did dry in an hour. We are very pleased with Heaven Best.

Fred returned my call quickly and gave me an accurate estimate. They were scheduled for later the same week. Fred and his partner arrived right on time, dressed very professionally with navy shirts with the name of their business on them. Their van was new, clean and had the business name and telephone # prominently displayed. (This was not a "fly-by-night" business!). They worked very well together and quickly coordinated the job. I have to add that I have a dog;a Great Pyrenees. For those who may not know, he weighs 130 lbs. and has a lot of white hair. They took care of all the hair that was on my carpets and didn't charge me anything extra. It was the best rug cleaning job I have ever had, and I highly recommend them.
