FHR , Jim gave me a reasonable estimate, then sent handymen who were doing roofing work between coming to my home instead of professionals ie: electrician, plumber, tile installer! Pictures below show uneven grout lines even with the spacers used as well as mixing stacking and offset patterns on tile! When I called Jim out on the mess his men were making he became insulted! I insisted they remove the tile, then found out his men didn’t seal the durarock at all and his tile installer Nelson who he said was his “best” put tile adhesive on like pancakes instead of troweling it on as seen in pics! After a couple of years these tiles would have started coming off which would have been catastrophic with the tiles above my head!! And as far as the electrical, he put in the cheapest hi hat lights and put in led bulbs instead of using sealed led lights and his man also took out my gfi outlet and put in regular instead! The fan was also the cheapest you could buy and nowhere near the power needed to handle the size of the bathroom! Also while pulling out the existing floor his men ruptured my baseboard heater knocking out my whole second floor for which I had to call in my own plumber to fix at my own expense!! Jim then refused to send competent workman to redo job and wanted to back out of contract with only minimal money back! After going back and forth I did get more of my money back but not all!! Please stay far away from this company, Jim will promise the world and give you a fistful of dirt!! He’s a smooth salesman but he seems to subcontract out to workman he picks up at Home Depot or outside 7-11!!

Project was a Trainwreck. Delay after delay and subpart result. Tried to get problems fixed but they stopped returning phone calls. Would stay away from these guys!

FHR and I contracted to remove 2 layers of shingles and install a new GAF 30 year deluxe roof system plus all new composite facial boards plus a new chimney cover and cap. Site foreman Steven and his crew did a great professional installation and clean up, all in 1 day. I am a very satisfied FHR customer.
