Excellent installation, old system (parts over 40 years) needed too much repair after remodeling of house. Completely new system from including all new piping, valves and control timer. Excellent water coverage, minimal water wasted on driveway or street. Minimal damage to lawn, no damage to new planting around the house. Very professional. System works great.

Where do I start. We called this company last fall to close our sprinkler system. The guy sold my wife on a one year plan. Didn't want one, but he told her that they would do minor repairs on the heads in spring for minimal cost and open the system. So she gave this company $160 for a plan. Do you know what we got for that? Absolutely nothing. They closed the system, and then called the first thing in April to setup our "opening." I though "wow, these guys are pretty well organized and interested in getting things done quickly." Not the case at all. They want to come in to "open" your system so they can rudely try to upsell you and the earlier they can get started on their "opening" sales calls the better... The same guy that closed the system in the fall continually insulted our sprinkler system and asked for thousands to install a new one. He said it was too old and that we shouldn't run it anymore. Why??? It works fine and if it isn't broke why fix it? As for fixing those heads. We had one broken at the top. Guess he wasn't happy she said no to a whole new irrigation system. A cheap $10 fix like mentioned when we were duped in the fall? No. $40 for the sprinkler head and his labor is almost $100 or so an hour. A fix that I saw on YouTube I can do myself in a few minutes for $10. As for the "opening"...if you're wondering why I put it in quotations every time I'll explain... That is just turning the water back on... Just turning a lever. And he couldn't even be bothered to look at our timer. He really did nothing. Two weeks passed before I realized that our sprinklers were not going on early morning as they did last year. HE DIDNT EVEN FLIP THE ON SWITCH ON THE TIMER. Steer clear of this company. Get somebody else to close your system if you're not comfortable doing it yourself. Next year we'll just use an air compressor. And there is definitely no need to get anything "opened" by these guys it will just be a sales call for them and nothing more.

It went fine. Not a big deal service call. I checked the price as average because thir regular price is average. The price I paid was a one time half price deal for new customers. My former service kept moving our turn off date earlier, so that they wanted to do it in early October, which is much too early.
Serviceman was on time and professional.

They were great. They were on time and very professional. We needed an early morning appointment and they were very accommodating. They were very clean and very courteous. We would absolutely recommend them. They were the third estimate we got and they were definitely the best.

I think it went very well overall. There was a crew of 5 and each one had his own specialty. It was done with good team work. The installation involving tapping into the water line was done with high quality work. The installation involving the soldering was neat and clean. The same could be said for the Hunter control clock. They went over the control clock in a bit of a haste. They could have slowed down a little in the operation of the system. But then again, it was spelled out in detail in the owners manuel. I took time during the quiet of the evening and read through all of the different sceniarios in terms of how long each zone should operate. All of that can be set up to my own special preferences. Some zones might need to be running longer than other zones. That can be programmed into the control clock. Setting that up is fairly easy. As the summer moved along, I found that there were some areas that just weren't getting enough water, so I called Creative Irrigaton and someone was there the next day and made some adjustments. There is a key which is used to control the distance the sprinkler head rotates. I have the key which I will use if necessary to make sure we have good coverage with the water. I would expect to have good results this year as I monitor the system from the start up in spring, on through the summer. Overall, I am happy with the system and Creative Irrigation Inc. They are only 2 -3 miles from my house.
