Bobs Discount Furniture - Nesconset

Description of Work: I had gone into Bob's Discount Furniture to purchase a sleeper sofa. I was advised to purchase their Bob O Pedic Mattress. This cost an additional $199.00. I was told the spring mattress was not good. On April 27th I had a service man come to my house to check the mattress My eleven year old daughter had slept in the bed and it was sagging in the middle. Not only when she got up, but several hours later. The service man said it was due to the frame being cheaply made. On May 29th I had another service man come to the house. This time I slept in the bed the night before. It was terrible, I didn't sleep all night The support bar pushed through the mattress and it sagged in the middle. The sales rep told me to purchace another mattress to put on top of it or get insulating foam to put over the support bar. I was told I could exchange the mattress. I went into the store to check my options. The mattress they offered was terrible. I could sqeeze it together with one hand. I exchanged it for another Bob O Pedic and still have sagging and a bar problem. I was told they would refund the mattress.
