With all due respect, these guys do a shabby job! To begin with, their attitudes are less admirable than a wet dish cloth. Seriously - eckkkkk! The worst part, they never told us that our kitchen sink required mounting - within four years after they did work, the sink fell through!!! Lastly, they supposedly fixed the spout diverter for the tub/shower, and it went within 6 months! Oy! Never again!!!

Installed tank incorrectly, refused to repair 2 months later

We expected B&R Plumbing at 9:00 AM on Monday 5/14 as we confirmed on the phone with Krista. When we called that morning we were told we did not respond to an email so no appointment was made. There is no confirmation requested in that email but we did speak to Krista that same day and she told us to disregard the email. There were no further emails or phone calls requesting any information from us. We had the water turned off inconveniencing other residents and we took time off from work expecting a professional company. The girl on the phone on the morning of May 14 was very rude and not at all sympathetic or helpful. The customer service is poor to say the least. Although we enjoyed talking to Krista on May 5 and had confidence that she had everything set up I guess we were wrong. Requests to have the owner call us to discuss this further have been ignored.

They were fantastic. They were so clean and courteous. I've used them before, they leave the house clean. They don't come in the house and mess up at all.

I was charged 50.25 for 2 parts that would of cost me 15 dollars at Home Depot. They were only there 30 minutes since it was a simple fix but I was still charged the full hourly rate of 195.00. Total bill before tax was 245.25. I was under the impression since it was so quick and with minimal parts needed the cost wouldn't be high so I mentioned about paying cash. I had the $50 dollar coupon printed from their website so after everything was said and done the total was $195.25 cash (this didnt include tax obviously). They said if I had this amount in cash that would be the final bill. When I realized I didn't have that much cash on me I had to use my credit card. The way this company works it is they will add the tax onto the higher amount, so in this case they used $245.25 to determine a total bill of $266.40, which they then deduct the $50 coupon. In my case, they should of deducted the $50 from the $245.25 and then taxed it. By doing this they are over charging you, so more money goes into their pocket... Even though there is a 60-70% markup on the parts. Do yourself a favor, if you're going to use these guys don't say anything about the coupon until you get the bill given to you, then present it. This way they can't work the #'s to benefit them. When I called about being over charged, since they didn't tax me at the $195.25 bill and instead at the $245.25 bill, and then using coupon after tax has been add I was told this is how they handle the coupon. You pay cash, they deduct the coupon from the amount before tax, but in my case, they weren't taxing me if I paid cash. If you pay credit, they deduct the $50 from the taxed amount. Not a good way of doing business. Bypassing taxing all together with cash compared to taxing me on the higher amount, not the lesser amount after the coupon was applied. In my case, the difference in the amount was under $5, but the ethical issue behind this is the reason for my post.

They have always responded quickly to our calls and and have done a good job on whatever we needed repaired.

We have been using B&R plumbing for the past 15 years. They are very professional,their work is of the utmost quality and a pleasure to deal with.

They went out of their way to drive me (20 miles from my home) to find the sink that I wanted. The drove me back and they did a great job installing this sink. I would highly recommend this company to others and I will use them again in the future if I need to . Very pleased!

Discovered leak late in the evening, but couldn't locate the source. Called Band R the next morning, They were able to come by 12:15 that day. They found and repaired the leak and did another small job and were finished by 2:30. We have used Band R for the past 15 or more years. They have always given good and timely service. I highly recommend them.

They are my regular plumbers. Their prices are reasonable. They are honest and straightforward. They tell you how much the price is. Half the neighborhood uses them, and I've been using them since I came here.

I was satisfied with the work that they did. I had three things done. They did a good job. It leaked a little after they were finished but they came back free of charge and fixed the leak.

They came four times and in spite of me telling them they did the same thing last time, they did it again. They were totally inapt and they really didn't know what they were doing and they charged me for it. They told me I would get a rebate. When it happened it was cold and each time they left the furnace wouldn't work and they would come back and do the same thing. They kept asking me to have patience because sometimes these things can't be resolved. They charged me and the furnace was not fixed. I finally had to call someone else and they fixed it. The first time they charged me $157, the second time $198 and the owner told me that he would look into the bills and reimburse me but he never did. I put it on my credit card and I am in the middle of the dispute.

They were excellent. I found them very prompt and courteous. The young lady that answers the phone has a nice voice and she was excellent. They were clean and economical.

They seemed to be fine. The work they have done was decent, and nothing great really stuck out to me about them.

THE REPAIR MAN CAME WITIN THE HOUR. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND ALSO EXPLAINED WHY WE SHOULD HAVE A SEPARATE VALVE FOR THE DISHWASHER.. HE ALSO GAVE US A 10% SENIOR DISCOUNT. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF

When they called me back they never said HI or anything, he just started asking me questions. The receptionist didn't pass along the correct information. I felt there was a lot of miscommunication.

They arrived a couple of hours after I called, as promised. Work was done in approximately 2 hours. No times was wasted. When the serviceman needed a big snake, he called a coworker on a cell phone, a, who arrived in minutes with the equipment. After the service, he advised us on a variety of ways to avoid future problems. While his initial explanation of what was going on was a little hard to follow, he didn't mind restating until we got what he was saying.

Dennis and his assistant were knowledgeable and pleasant. They worked hard and quickly and cleaned up well. They have come twice in two weeks (and once earlier) to take care of issues in our newly-purchased old home. They arrived on the dot when they were expected and the second time, they came on one day's notice because of a leak.

Excellent work and very professional employees. Scheduled home service one day in advance and they arrived on time. As promised. Quoted price for job very competitive to other local plumbers. This is the second time we've used Band R Plumbing. I would not even think of calling anyone else in future. Great price and great service.

I USUALLY CAN DO EVERYTHING MYSELF, BUT I COULD NOT GET THESE CLOGS TAKEN CARE OF. Band R DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD CALL THEM BACK ANYTIME I NEEDED A PLUMBER.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DO NOT KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT HEATING, BUT IT DID NOT TAKE VERY LONG. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD BE NOW. THEY KEPT IT SHORT AND SWEET AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.
