+ -1 moreSet appointment for 3-6pm on Wednesday. When the repair man didn't show up I called the office 6:15pm and they were closed. They were also closed on Thursday. When I contacted to office on Friday they earliest appointment was for the next Friday. The woman didn't even care enough to tell me they would put me on stand by and when I told her this was poor customer service she did not care. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: Missed appointment.
