About 21 months after the new roof was installed, a bad leak in it ruined a ceiling on my second floor. The workers who came out to repair the area that was leaking admitted that faulty workmanship in August 2009 was the cause of the May 2011 leak. I was told they would repair the damage the leak had caused to the second floor ceiling. I followed up in July 2011 asking Brett if they could also come out and do an annual roof inspection, and never heard back. They never came back to repair the ceiling. In the spring of 2015, the mortar that they used to repoint the main chimney crumbled and fell out of the cracks between the bricks. Although the roof that they did August 2009 looks very nice, in view of the lack of responsiveness or follow through on their promises, I decided not to try to contact them further and hired another company to repoint the mortar. In July 2015, 2 complete sections of the architectural shingles that were installed 6 years ago simply fell off the roof onto the sidewalk. The roofing company I hired to repair this problem told me that these shingles had been improperly nailed onto the decking. A wait-and-see game to find out what will be happening next. I did not submit a report to Angieslist earlier, but in view of this latest (July 2015) problem, felt that I should submit one now to warn others. In doing this, I found that there are no other reports on this company, perhaps they are no longer in business?
