Roger That Plumbing Service

Their quality of work was not good. This guy was horrible. He left the house in a mess with empty bottles, Pepsi cans and cigarette butts all over the place.  I had to get somebody come in and redo the work he had done after he left. If any one would see this company they should run away. He took three weeks to complete the job. He would come in at 2 in the afternoon and leave at 4.

We really cannot complain for the small job he did, but the fact that we found another plumber who directed us to a more cost effective alternative was a much more agreeable issue. Our Insurance only gave us so much money.

Being it gets so cold in the Attic it was not feasible to install it up their until we could seek a foam insulator. We did not want our plumbing to be sealed in foam, cause it would not be able for the plumbing to expand when the situation called for. The other selling point was all of the work from the other plumber that we hired from the list (Angies List) could get the work done in less than two days. The other plumber had an assistant, both worked non-stop and completed the job by the next afternoon. Wonderful work.

I called the day before, Roger told me what I needed to do so I wouldn't have to pay for an emergency service call and came out the next day. He arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time ( I live out in the country) and within a few minutes of arriving he had diagnosed the problem and said he would return in a few hours with the parts. 3 hours later he was back ( he had to drive 25 miles to the store) and within an hour he had a new pump and back-up pump and gave us the bill. After the bill was settled he asked to look at anything else that might be a problem and went over a few things as new home owners we were unaware of. I plan on using him as my Plumber for many years.
