We still waiting to see if the warranty covers the old water heater or not, but he charged me $170 for labor, I think. If not, we dealt with it before. Service excellent! Responsiveness is good, he showed up right away. He’s always been here when he said he would be. We’ve had him in for a few jobs over the years. He’s here when he says he will be and it is usually right away if it’s any kind of an emergency with plumbing.
