 + -1 moreI got a local painter to do a quick painting as I was behind schedule for listing the home with a realtor.
Description of Work: This guy was reasonably quick to come out and give me an estimate for covering my fascia and soffits. Wrote the quote on his business card. When I called him to give him the job he said "a couple of weeks" before he could get to it. Long story short, 5 weeks went by with many promises and excuses. Finally I told him not to bother to come.
