The craftsmanship on the deck is good. They do good work. However, after the project was over, they tried to charge me an additional $600 to remove a bird's nest from a ventilation duct. I did agree to pay some, but not that much. Also, they had 6 tons (yes, that's 6 TONS) of gravel left over which I had to figure out how to get rid of. I purchased the building materials, but at the end of the project, the leftover materials went missing. I called the contractor and have been reimbursed for some of the materials, so yes, they stole materials from me. After project completion, I picked up over 40 cigarette butts from the lawn. During the project my invisible fence was broken and the box unplugged. The contractor denies responsibility, so I am also out the money for repair... they do decent enough work, but are great talkers. Given the large number of post project issues, I would never hire them again nor recommend them.
